To mark Irelands Presidency of the Council of the European Union, this special issue of the Local Partnership Scheme is intended to support Local Authorities and Ealaín na Gaeltachta to develop or carry out innovative collaborative arts projects in co-operation with arts organisations within their localities or regions, and with partners elsewhere in Europe.
Festivals and events schemeClosing date passed20000The Arts Council has introduced a new scheme to support festivals and events. The scheme will be open to multi-disciplinary festivals and single artform festivals. Events may be one-off projects or programmed over a number of months.

RAISE will provide one-to-one professional support to eight arts organisations for two years, planning and implementing a tailored fundraising programme. The Arts Council is calling for expressions of interest from its funded organisations typically these will be in receipt of RFO, Annual Funding or Annual Programme Grant.
Regularly funded organisationsClosing date passedUnlimitedThe purpose of this programme is to strengthen and make more secure a group of key arts organisations, by contributing to both their operating and artistic programming costs. This funding programme is not open to general applications. Instead, the Arts Council will invite organisations to participate on the basis of published criteria.
Touring and dissemination - advance planningClosing date passedUnlimitedThe Touring and Dissemination of Work Scheme is designed to support the touring and dissemination of work across a range of artforms and arts practices due to take place in between January 2014 and December 2014.

Young ensembles schemeClosing date passed10000The primary purpose of this award is to support groups of young people between the ages of 12 and 23 to create ambitious and original work together in any art form (e.g., circus, dance, digital media, film, music, theatre, literature, visual arts, or any combination of the above).
