Engaging with architecture schemeClosing date passed20000The purpose of the scheme is to support ambitious, innovative and creative, high-quality initiatives that specifically aim to enhance and extend the publics experience of and engagement with architecture. The Engaging with Architecture Scheme was developed in response to both the Government Policy on Architecture 2009-2015 Towards a Sustainable Future: Delivering Quality within the Built Environment and the Arts Councils research into Public Engagement with Architecture (2009).
EU Local Partnership schemeClosing date passedUnlimitedFor project activities and events taking place 1 January 2013 to 30 June 2013 inclusive. To mark Irelands Presidency of the Council of the European Union, this special issue of the Local Partnership Scheme is intended to support Local Authorities and Ealaín na Gaeltachta to develop or carry out innovative collaborative arts projects in co-operation with arts organisations within their localities or regions, and with partners elsewhere in Europe.
Festivals and events schemeClosing date passed20000The Arts Council has introduced a new scheme to support festivals and events. The scheme will be open to multi-disciplinary festivals and single artform festivals. Events may be one-off projects or programmed over a number of months.
Local authority grantClosing date passedUnlimitedThe purpose of Local Authority Grant is to support the ongoing programme and strategic actions of the local authority arts services in developing the arts locally. This funding scheme is open to local authority arts services only.

RAISE - The Business of Arts Fundraising Closing date passed30000The RAISE 2013 award consists of professional support for the creation of a fundraising strategy, recruitment and mentoring of a fundraising intern, and funding for the retained fundraising intern, as an entry level fundraiser, for a two-year period.
Regularly funded organisationsClosing date passedUnlimitedApplicants to the Regularly Funded Organisation programme may request a contribution to both their operating and artistic programming costs. This funding programme is not open to general applications. Instead, the Arts Council will invite organisations to participate on the basis of published criteria.
Visual arts curator residency schemeClosing date passed20000The purpose of this scheme is to offer visual arts curators the opportunity to research and develop their practice, while developing a year-long work programme in partnership with multi-disciplinary venues and local authorities.
Young ensembles schemeClosing date passed10000The primary purpose of this award is to support groups of young people between the ages of 12 and 23 to create ambitious and original work together in any art form (e.g., circus, dance, digital media, film, music, theatre, literature, visual arts, or any combination of the above).
