Supports for artists' awards

Successful applicants for Supports for Artists awards, which include Bursary Awards, Commissions Awards, Projects: New Work, Projects: Once Off and Travel and Training Awards, must report on the use of their award and supply receipts where appropriate. A report form and other relevant information will be sent to you with your letter of offer. The report form must be submitted with your request to draw down the final instalment ofyour funding.

The report process will help to keep the Arts Council informed of the range and kind of activities that it supports, on how well awards are meeting the priorities of Partnership for the Arts, and on the effectiveness of our application and communication systems.

Deis award and Deis Recording award

Please take some time to complete the Deis and Deis Recording report form and submit it through the online services site when requesting your final payment. Your information will help us to document and improve on the quality of our supports for other rounds of the schemes. You are also required to submit an income and expenditure account which must be signed by a person in authority connected to the project. The signed copy should be scanned and uploaded through the online services site at the same time.

Festivals and Events Scheme 2013

This form is intended to provide the Arts Council with a factual record of what your organisation was able to provide with your 2013 Festivals and Events Scheme Grant.

Touring

Revised Plan and Budget Template

Report Form

The Touring Report form is intended to provide the Arts Council with a factual record of audience figures and box office amounts.

In order to draw down your final payment you are required to submit this document along with an income and expenditure account certified by an accountant.

Opera Production Award

In order to draw down the first instalment of your Opera Production Award you are required to submit the following:

  • Final and signed off partner agreements including the nature of the financial relationship
  • Detailed project including revised budget
  • Marketing plan

To receive your final instalment you must provide:

  1. A detailed project report including:
    - A full account of all aspects of the project from artistic, financial and marketing perspectives.
    - A project schedule
    - A summary of critical and audience response
    - An outline of whether the project was realised as planned.
  2. Income and expenditure account  prepared on the basis of the M45 -Grant Claims - Miscellaneous Technical Statement*
  3. A final budget using the Opera Production Final Budget template *
  4. A completed audience report using the correct template*

This information will provide the Arts Council with important factual data in relation to opera production and opera audience figures.

Programme Activity Fund

Theatre Project Award

Revised budget template

In order to draw down your first payment you are required to submit a revised budget template. To download the form, please click the link below:

Report form

In order to draw down your final payment you are required to submit a standard awards report form. In addition, you must submit a Theatre Projects Income and Expenditure report. This must be certified by an accountant in cases where the amount offered is in excess of €25,000.
