The Arts Council has expressed its regret at the passing of journalist and theatre critic Dr. David Nowlan.
Speaking today, Pat Moylan, Chairman of the Arts Council said, "The Council is deeply saddened at the passing of Dr. Nowlan who was a highly respected theatre critic. He was a gentle, modest man with a great love and understanding of the theatre, which shone through in his reviews. He will be greatly missed and we offer our condolences to his family and friends."
