As part of the implementation of Partnership for the Arts, the Arts Council wishes to retain specialist advisers in the areas of Youth Arts and Child Welfare. These advisers will work as part of the Young People, Children & Education team and will be required to provide the Arts Council with expert, topical and accurate intelligence in the areas of young people’s arts and child welfare, respectively.
