Description
The Artist in Youth Work Residency award is offered as a means of extending and enhancing opportunities for young people to experience and participate in the arts. The aim of the Residency scheme is to encourage artistic collaboration between professional artists and young people. Young people will have the opportunity to work with and learn from practitioners of excellence in their field. Equally, artists will have the opportunity to enrich their own professional practice through the contextual experience of working with young people.
There are two awards under this scheme. The Artist in Residency award and the Youth Arts Development award.

The application window is now open and closing date for applications is 5pm Friday, October 26th 2012.
