Purpose of the award

The traditional arts project award supports initiatives in the field of traditional music, song, dance and the oral arts commencing in 2014. The purpose of this award is to support stand-alone projects which enrich the traditional arts landscape by facilitating artists in bringing large scale innovative, ambitious and high-quality projects to audiences.

Online services

The Arts Council has an online services website. All applications must be submitted through the online services website. You can upload a wide range of support materials in electronic format (up to 40 MB in total) along with your application form.

The window for making an online application opens on 18 February 2014 .

Before you will be able to make an online application you will have to register with the site. It may take up to five working days for your registrations to be confirmed so it is very important that you register as early as possible. To register now click here.
